Trattoria has it, but was not any good.

I think its new, didn't see it before but saw it when I went this past Tuesday... They are tagliatelle noodles.

They don't taste any different.. where do we locally get the squid with that much ink?
If you want to make it yourself at home Santa Barbara has it 400g for $1.5

Both.. as I say Santa Barabara has it on their pasta isle. I would say their are marginally more springy. Quote:

The thing is it is a mediterranean thing, where the water is a lot warmer than the pacific. I am not sure you get the specific ink type from the squid here, even if you can enough volume. I don't think it is the right climate for us (yet, depending on climate change). Quote:
