it's certainly not 'upscale', but the one in richmond is pretty nice.

They used to run a popup called Chicken Shack like twice a year. Fried chicken, waffles, every southern side you could imagine. Was pretty good.
Too bad he'll never work again

Never heard of the place looks like crap outside but their website looks okay TWO CHEFS AND A TABLE
