Internet disconnects after telemarketer call?

It happens nearly every time some telemarketing firm calls to my home phone, and this is about once every three days. If they call and I pick up, tell them to piss off/take our home number off their call list, and hang up, the phone rings again three seconds later with no one on the other end, and anything connected to the internet is disconnected and the network resets. This has ONLY happened on telemarketer calls; calls from houses and businesses don't do this.

Does anyone know what the hell is going on? Thanks.

How is your phone line connected? VOIP or Landline?

How is your internet connected? Cable? DSL?

Do you have the DSL filters properly installed on all of your landline phones?

All filters installed, and were replaced recently, the splitter that came with the original kit in the wall jack for the phone.
