Flash Family Support - foodbank carshow/campaign Nov 24
 

Greetings to all. I hope this finds everyone having enjoyed summer and all the good times that coincide. As the weather has turned and most of us have put our special rides to sleep for the winter, I would like to extend an invitation to everyone to help out as the holiday season approaches.

Flash Auto Detailing and Cruise for Your Cause have joined together this holiday season to present Flash Family Support. If you were unable to make the Kruise for Kids event or other similar events this year, this campaign is a toy, food and clothing drive to benefit the Richmond Food Bank Society. We will be accepting donations to the food bank at the Flash Auto shop in Richmond, BC from now until Dec 20. A drop location is available in the Ridge Meadows/Surrey-Langley area as well if you cannot make the trip out to Richmond, please post or email me at info@cruiseforyourcause.org for a pickup/dropoff.

Our main fundraiser is happening very soon! On November 24, we will be hosting a carshow for you to bring your ride out, located at the Lansdowne Shopping Mall parking lot in Richmond between 1-5. It can be your pride and joy out for day from hibernation or it could be your daily driver. It’s free to attend so we want to see you and your car or truck out next Sunday afternoon with a donation of your choice for the Richmond Food Bank.

lansdowne is an awful parking lot for lowered cars :\

UPDATE!!! We hit a, well, very big snag with the original location (no, we didn't get hung up on the speedbumps!!:badpokerface:). We will NOT be at Lansdowne but rather the McDonalds on Russ Baker Way, just across the street from the end of runway 26L at YVR. They hold multiple Cruise-In nights and fully welcome our fundraiser for the Richmond Food Bank. Please come on out to see a wide range of vehciles, from classics to exotics, tuners to custom hotrods. Don't forget to bring your donation of toys, clothing and non-perishable food items.
