Using the search button on Revscene would be a good start. This topic comes up every 4-5 months.

Budget of the entire system is very important. It will determine most importantly the resolution of the camera as well as it's sub-features. Being the store owner itself that would be making this decision, I would highly suggest not to cheap out on a "Costco System". In a retail environment, you are bound to have routine incidents to review. If in the budget, the user will benefit greatly from recording with a system with HD cameras.

^agreed

Nothing worse than having an incident or getting robbed and being unable to provide clear evidence to help catch the culprit

High resolution and low light capabilities are two very important things to look for. Otherwise what's the point of recording when you can't see who is on the screen?

I installed the security system in our gas station. If you don't know what you are doing higher a professional. You are looking at 5 to 10k for a good system depending on number of cameras.

Is this a convenience store without gas?
