Wings Meet! - Free Bobby Wings
 

We've been talking about a Wings meet for a while now, starting back at the Indian meet, and recently again at the McDonald's meet.

I figured I'd take charge and plan the date & time.

Since Wings are cheap on Sundays, this meet will be on a Sunday.

Location: Wings at North Rd & Lougheed (345 North Road)

UPDATE: First meet was pretty successful. Enjoyed watching everyone eat the bobby wing and die afterwards.

Never had the Bobby Wing but I have had Jakarta heat

I see a lot of people normally at the Burnaby location of wings. There is always RS cars parked in that area and at wings.

That location might bring out more people (its also only like 2 minutes from Byrne @ Marine).

Oh and Sweet Thai is clearly the best flavour. (or chilean chili)

any of you guys eat at wild wings? a large group of us bchondas guys regularly go to wings in surrey "que the jokes" and just got tired of the waits so we tried "wild wings"
just across the street and the wings were 2x the size, their boneless were better and the same price and the service/wait times were alot better..

101 flavours but yes they do have regular wings also

something to consider for the next wings meet u do after this one. keep in mind i dont know if there is a close wild wings to your location or the service of that specific location either, im speaking on behalf of the surrey location we go to regularly

I still see some revsceners at Wings Newton every once in a while.

tired of the waits :( when we go its like 15 people.. food is still great, but not the best for such large number of people showing up to such a busy location

Makes sense. How's Wild Wings anyways? I've been meaning to check that place out.

its fucking good dude, everytime i go, 2lbs of boneless "sweet escape" its like honey garlic covered in garlec parm sauce.. holy sweet baby jesus is it good!

its half price on canucks games days and sundays so 50cents or something but the wings are massive in comparison so Wings.. at Wings i can eat 2lbs easy to myself, i can hardly put back 1Lb at Wild Wings and they let u take left overs.. unlike Wings

Too bad I work on Sundays, but i'll probably still check it out one of these days. Is it in the same complex as Save On?

Wing's meet is in 2 days. iirc, they don't take reservations on Sundays, so I will be going there 30 mins early to make sure that we get enough seats for everyone. Anyone else who wants to come, feel free to sign up. The more the better

i'll probably go early as well just so your not the only one there hogging a table and seats
