Power options, heated mirrors, power moonroof, locks, cruise control, air conditioning, etc...

Automatic with manuamatic mode.
Currently insured and running.
A/C recharged and blows cold.
Aircared until Nov 2014, passed easily.
Fresh tires from July 2013, warrantied against side bubbles and nails for 4 years. Falken Ziex-912 All Seasons. ~85% tread remaining
New tie rods.
EGR Ports drilled out, cleaned and replaced.
Has an AEM cold air intake with dryflo filter.
Lowered 3cm on H&R Sport springs with KYB GR-2 shocks (1 year old)
~11L/100km observed fuel consumption in mixed highway/city driving. (11.5 city, 10hwy)
Regular oil changes and transmission fluid has been changed as well.
Bought at 146K km 2.5 years ago, regularly driven since.
Aux-In on stock sound system.
Brake pads: Front ~50% Rear ~95%
Rear calipers rebuilt with fresh seals.
Always filled with 91 octane.
Issues
Cosmetically not great.
Couple of dents, previous owner had 2 disagreements with parking lot poles.
Scratches on other panels
Driver side power mirror doesn't move
Small tear on ass seam of driver seat, even smaller one on the back portion on the passenger seat
ABS is off
Small oil leak, uses 1.5L of oil per 1000km.
-Been putting off repairing this as it's likely the camshaft seals or front main that are going. Would be easily replaced with the timing belt/water pump at the 210k mark.
Also willing to accept 4.6BTC so long as you wait long enough for me to see it show up.
