Business Dinner

Where would be a good place to take out of town guests to a business dinner? One of them is vegeterian and I don't know of any places that serves good vegeterian food.

Budget would be $20-50 and since I would be getting the bill (not claiming through work) more affordable prices would be better.

Depends on the type of business I suppose. Personally I think some of the best vegetarian food in the city is at Nuba on the edge of Gastown but it might not be appropriate for a more formal business dinner. It's not crazy casual though and will accept reservations so it might be an option.

Pied a terre is fabulous but it doesn't seem ideal if it's for a business dinner. Too small and romantic IMO.

I booked Yew for now.

They are my team's consultants from east coast but don't come out to Vancouver often. So I thought it would be nice gesture to have dinner with them and network.

Unless your intentions are strictly for personal gain, this should absolutely be a business expense imo.

Unless perhaps OP doesn't have a discretionary expense account, and its not in his job profile to take these out of town co-workers to dinner.
