Custom sized ski boots?

Does anyone know who does this locally? Nothing off the shelf will fit my feet properly, period. My foot is extremely short and extremely wide, the perfect "length" for me is a 9.5 (shoe size) but my feet would explode out of the side. For years i had to get custom made hockey skates (grafs) as again, nothing off the shelf would fit my feet. I tried the usual, (Destintation ski, Comor, etc) and nobody does custom sizing. Any help is appreciated.

Go to Richmond Centre sport chek, see a guy named josh.
He is a masterfit certified boot fitter, and that particular store is equipped with all the tools to do custom boot fitting.
All at reasonable sportchek rates.
Right now all the boots are 30-60% off too.

Metrotown, Richmond and Park Royal
all have some decent stuff
not sure about selection this late in the season though

Richmond have the most qualified boot fitters out of those 3

Bump again. Nearing ski season. Don't care if the boots are expensive i just want something that i can last a day in without wanting to take a hacksaw to my legs.

Check out the Atomic Live Fit
*Piste - Atomic Canada (en)

I had lots of bad luck with ski boots until I got a pair of these.
The side will "bulge" with your feet and not cause pressure points.
Comor will also tailor/customize your boots as well.
