Smoking after wisdom teeth removed Hey i just got my wisdom teeth removed and im fiendin for a smoke. I dont want to get dry sockets. I searched all of google and ive been getting mixed answers. From 24 hours to a week.. I know it all depends on the person. Im not getting any swelling or pain. I dont even need the painkillers, and im gonna be saving those I got my teeth removed on friday and it healed really well. No pain nothing. Do you think im ready to smoke and not get any dry sockets? |
I smoked the next day and the small tissues they shove into the cavity got infected, so they had to pull them out early. Wasn't a lot of fun. I'd wait....unless you like painful infected gums, then light'em up. |
i didn't smoke for a week after pulling my wisdom tooth just to be safe. |
Maybe this will help you quit. |
if I was you, i'd stop doing all oral drugs. Stick to needle drugs like heroine, they're far safer for you right now |
whenever i wanted to smoke after wisdom tooth removal i'd just gauze up the hole like crazy for the duration of the smoke. but both my removed wisdom teeth were done individually. |
