Trek out to the Sunshine Coast and dig em up yourself! Easily found along the beaches

best way to cook them
1) put them on a plate (wahsed and cleaned ofcourse)
2) put on ginger, garlic, and black bean sauce with some black bean + clear "fun see" vermicelli
3) steam until medium rare
4) take it out
5) head up a good sold 3 tbsp per clam of oil
6) make sure it is EPIC hot
7) POUR the hot oil on all of the clams (it removes the seafood smell and heats up the clams again
8) add light soya sauce.

works every time.
