It was Josh at BK that owned that car after CG sold it to him. Good guy, he got a new car so he is selling it through his work. Mileage is higher but I remember it was a pretty clean car. He had a E36 M3 eurospec prior to the E46.

I don't know why anyone would cross shop the two. They are so ridiculously different besides both being fun to drive RWD cars.
