Up for sale is my 2002 Acura 3.2 TL Type S which I bought in 2005 from Burrard Acura.

This car is fully loaded with leather interior, power everything, sunroof, alloy wheels, automatic climate control, etc.

The car is in mint condition with no known issues. I have the full maintenance history available from Richmond Acura that can be provided upon request.

The car has a clean title.

Cosmetic Upgrades:
- Genuine Acura OEM Full Lip Kit (front lip, side skirts, rear lip) with factory paint
- JDM Rear Wing Spoiler (same style as A-spec spoiler) which I bought for $500 + shipping

Suspension:
- H&R Sports Springs with adjustable Tokico Illumina Struts that were installed a few years ago at Dale's Alignment & Brakes in Langley. Alignment was also performed.

Performance:
- K&N Drop-in Air Filter (no need to replace air filter. This air filter can be cleaned and re-oiled)

Other comments:
- The car has been serviced at Richmond Acura since I have taken ownership. I have followed the recommended maintenance schedule. Full service history can be obtained upon request
- Starting in late 2013, the car has been serviced at Evo Garage in Richmond, a well known automotive shop that specializes in Honda and Acura vehicles
- I was rear ended once a few years ago as the car behind could not stop quick enough in snowy condition while I was sitting at a stop sign. There was a dent on my rear bumper which costed about $900 to repair. It was all covered by ICBC.

As shown in the photos, this car is in mint condition both inside and outside. The car is mechanically sound and runs smoothly. All powered features are working properly, including locks, windows, sound system, sunroof, heated seats, etc.
