Any real estate agents come to hear the big news. Ultra limited penthouse at Shangri La just listed. Imagine living in the tallest building in vancouver.
Your not going to believe the price 15 million holy shit. My dream house only way I'll ever have a chance at it is if I win lotto. Imagine hosting parties would be so sick!!!

Even today there is one up for >22M

Were they not selling the PH as once unit for like 30 mil when Shangri La was first completed?

And that was in an unfinished state if I remember correctly.

It was finished and the asking price when initially available was just under 18M.

I was working for the builder (Ledcor), they took us for a tour prior to the grand opening and we got to check the penthouse out.. it's pretty ballin.

Fairmont Pacific Rim Penthouse at one point was for sale for like 28M.

I'm a grown up. I like a nice kitchen, time with my family and nature at my doorstep. Not to mention a massive driveway and garage with all the tools and cars/parts i could fit. Unfortunately a chef and a nurse are never going to be able to afford it, but hey, we wont be poor either.

it was at one time listed for 20million now they decided to knock 5 mil off. a lot of luxury homes around gvrd are being listed right now, the market has picked up :toot:

Being listed doesn't mean the market has picked up. More supply and dropping prices as you mentioned indicate the opposite.

Just an example, at that price you can get any architectural style to suit your taste. With all the concrete, I'd park my aircooled porches in my living room.
