Tile or any other similar tracking hw/app combo

I have a tendency to misplace my wallet and my keys at least once a month. Which ends up in one huge search where I have to end up messing up my house only to find the items in the most obvious places. My gf has always bugged me about having a system so that I always keep these items in a regular "spot". Due to the nature of my work however I end up shuffling things around in various pockets during the day, which is what caused today's incident.

After misplacing my wallet again today, luckily in my co-workers truck, I remembered a heavily advertised item called Tile. For only 20 dollars a piece I can safeguard myself by finding my misplaced items quickly.

I was wondering if anyone has used this and has any feedback on Tile.

Are there any other products like this that you have been using which you recommend.

Thanks
