I just joined Sheepdog. Loving it!

Who else trains and what box do you train out of?

Nothing wrong with crossfit itself, but the people that do it sometimes scare me. But hey, if they want to get fit and are passionate about something, more power too em'

I train at home these days, but would recommend CrossFit Overdrive. The coaches are strict on form and safety.

Currently at crossfit van, thinking about changing it up later this year.

That sheepdog looks like a great box!

Planning on doing the Rocky Point Pentathawod in a 2 man team in July:

I train at a box style gym but its not XF. New Body Alliance in Burnaby

I hear great things about CF Overdrive though!
