RS Hockey Night!! Round 4
 

Hey, so it was brought to my attention to maybe have another hockey night.

Need 1 goalie and 22 players ish?

Place: Moody Park Arena. last year when i was there dressing rooms were shit but the ice was beautiful.
Date: Thursday July 24th
Time: 6pm - 7pm

Arena cost is $248.

price would be around 11-12 dollars per person.

Different Skill levels welcome!

Being at 6pm though and east of most people, is everyone going to have to sit in rush hour traffic to get there?

The time is not booked 100%.

Ill see peoples reactions and i figured it was a good time after looking at the other thread a lot of people said 6pm or later.

Thursday eve conflicts with my practice. Moody Park is a good rink too, it would be cool to play with you guys.

Like i said date isnt saved yet. But the time seems practical. It is easy to find a time later but i do not think people want to play at 1030 on a thursday night.

why not make it for the week after so you have more time to get players to commit?

might have too. This time came up so i would ask around.

if it doesnt work out then i can just book something later down the road

lol I'm used to playing at 1030 on Thursday night. That was considered early for ice604

Most weekday leagues have quite a few late night games. I'm fine with a 10pm ice time in Port Moody. Gives me more time to get home from work/eat/commute to rink.

I will ask around to see if some buddies can make it.. Calling out HYP to see if he can walk the talk. IMO for a one hour time slot, I would cap it at 20 skaters. If it is any later than 6pm, I won't be able to make it as I work at 8pm.

Does HYP play Ice?

I heard he did... but I doubt his mouth is as big when it comes to real (ice) hockey
