Rentals for Around Less than $500?

Does anyone have any rooms for rent that are less than $500 per month in a convenient area close to transit, cheap groceries etc?

Also furnished with WIFI?

Thank you

That's a lot to ask for at a price of $500 or less.
I'm sure you may find something for that price but I don't think it will be in a nice area.

I assume you check on CL?

I found some decent places, but not ideal on Craigslist. I just applied to BC Housing, maybe those units are better.

Kijiji is better than Craigslist for trying to find shared accommodations.
