if you want him to grow up with deadpool as his role model then you will have no one but yourself to blame lol

Ok, I googled more about it and it looks like he isn't getting to see it.
Thanks for the replies

“Angel Dust, played by Gina Carano, used to be three different characters,” Reese explained. “It was Garrison Kane, Sluggo and Wire. There was a reduction of action. We had a motorcycle chase between Deadpool and Ajax on the freeway that we took out. We had a big, big gun fight in the third act that we took out and we basically had Deadpool forget his guns as a means of getting around it. So there were just reductions.”
luckily the studios allowed them to keep it rated R, but it's also why the budget was trimmed
With Deadpool 2 greenlit, and depending on how well this one does in the end, the budget for #2 will likely be significantly higher

The Merc With a Mouth takes a few swipes at X-Men Origins: Wolverine in the Deadpool movie, but apparently that wasn't enough for Ryan Reynolds, who "crashed" an Eddie The Eagle interview junket just to give his pal Hugh Jackman a bit more stick about it - not that Origins' horrendous take on Wade Wilson was the only thing Reynolds brought up. Check out the video interview below if you fancy a few chuckles of a Tuesday morning.

They poke fun at the budget at different points in the movie, funniest is when he's at Xaviers school and says "why are you the only 2 I ever see in this giant mansion, it's like Marvel couldn't afford any more X-men?"
Had the entire theatre cracking up.

Saw it on Sunday, freakin' LOVED it. However I felt like I watched too many teasers and trailers leading up to the movie. Will definitely skip the trailers for Deadpool 2, as I know I will be watching it for sure anyway.
this showed up on my facebook. this was the concept art for the helicarrier in the end of the movie

I thought it was ok, definitely wouldn't waste my time seeing it again. I loved some of the realism jokes, but it really did reek of a low budget movie with cheap humour.

The part with him...
Spoiler!
leaving the big bag of guns in the cab was because the studio made a big cut to the budget last minute and had to re-write the final scene sans guns lol.

FOX, not Marvel
What's funny is that this is FOX's biggest X-Men movie ever, with only 2 official characters, and after sitting on the script for 8 years thinking no one would watch it.
Maybe they'll finally understand how to properly make future Marvel movies, and make them more true to the source material.
Too lazy to google but I'm sure in terms of "budget to profit" I'll bet Deadpool smashed many Superhero movies. Even looking at cast contracts alone, X-Men with Hugh, Halle Barry, Patrick Stewart, and co, then there's Avengers which is obvious.
Deadpool had ONE star, and he's not even the type to command Robery Downey range of money. I've never even heard of all the other people in Deadpool.
RDJ was sort of a down and out actor, not exactly a star at that point.
Tony Stark in the MCU as we know it was source material mated to the perfect actor.
I think we've got another perfect match as Reynolds as Wade Wilson.
