This test footage was from years ago after Wolverine Origins. It's still stuck in production Limbo since Wolverine was a huge fail.

Yup, it's just test footage to help pitch the film. It's not an indication of how the real film would look. That said, I think they managed to capture Deadpool perfectly.

You're right, that is Colossus.

Fox owns movie rights to the Xmen and any mutants as well as the fantastic four.
Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man.
Marvel studios has everything else.
