Chrome autoplaying all YouTube embeds

I don't know if this is an issue with the new version of the browser or if it's a site-related thing but recently, if there's a page with a YouTube video on it, it will start playing it. If there's more than one video, the browser will attempt to play every video on the page.

If alternate browser users could chime in, that would be great, but I'm getting tired of having my computer grind to a near halt while every video on a page tries to play itself.

Don't have problems in Firefox.

I don't have the problem in Chrome... It definitely shouldn't be auto-playing. My assumption is that it must be a browser issue on your side

I've just recently updated the browser, and have repeatedly restarted Chrome. Nothing happens, and videos are still playing themselves.

Anyone else having this issue?

Ironically opening up this thread on Opera Mobile also caused my Youtube app to open... :lol

CA try looking through these settings on your browser, they are browser specific to chrome... chrome://flags/
