Historically the average time should be anywhere from mid October to November, so pull your head out of your ass and check the forecast during that time.

When you see snow. Then it's the perfect time to order your snow tires to make sure they are as fresh as possible. Newer snow tires have better performance than old snow tires.

sorry guys, i just picked up a e46 m3 like a week ago and wanted to see how many months i can get out of it before it goes to storage.. i have a second vehicle with snow tires so i'm not worried about getting snow tires but at least this thread may be useful to some people i guess..
