Any tire shop open on Remembrance day ? Vancouver area

one of my tire valve is leaking, any place opens on Remembrance day in Vancouver city ?

Have you tried tightening/replacing the core or is it leaking from the rim?

Not the core, my valve cap was seized on. I used a socket force it open, need up crack the whole body.
Do I call ahead to Costco make an appointment ? Or drop by is fine ? Just one wheel.

Haha thanks guy, called Costco they told me to wait till tomorrow. Went Canadia tires they did it for me in 1 hour.
