Montreal Subaru owners' Impreza kills four engines, dealer refuses further warranty

Owner Says Nightmare Subaru Has Killed Four Engines Within 3,000 Miles

It's probably TL;DR, but the Jalopnik article did sum up the gist of it. I have quoted the full article in the spoiler if anyone wants to go over what this guy has dealt with. While I haven't seen the owner's driving habits being mentioned, killing four engines under what is assumed to be "normal use" does sound a bit absurd.

Spoiler!

Not sure what's the owner waiting for...

Agreement For Arbitration - CAMVAP

Assuming all the owner said was true, then something is clearly wrong with the vehicle and since they can't seem to fix it, Subaru should just either buy it back from the guy or give him a new car.

If I were Subaru Canada, I'd handle this case very carefully as it has hit mainstream online media.
