Baking Sheet with Rack

I'm looking for a baking sheet with a rack where I can cook without the food touching the bottom of the sheet. Whereabouts can I find one locally? or online (Canada)? US online will be my last resort.

What are you cooking? When I need to raise food up out of the pan I just use my roasting pan/rack combo: (example photo)

Or if I'm doing something strange that needs a tighter grid, I'll use my baking cooling racks:

If either rack isn't off the bottom high enough (for example if I do chicken and want water under it), I simply cut up a potato and sacrifice it as sturdy legs. You can buy both roasting pans and baking racks at any kitchen specialty store, department store like the Bay and even places like Canadian Tire, Walmart and Target.

What are you using it for?

My half-size baking sheets are among my kitchen's top used items.

A good (sturdy) baking cooling rack like what CCA-Dave posted are very good multi-taskers in any home kitchen.

Something like this..

Problem with most cooling racks when you purchase it separately is that it's not oven safe. Most aren't.

They aren't oven safe?
:suspicious:

Hmmmm, I've never used the chromed-steel racking?
I haven't checked the oven ratings on those.
The more heavy duty, sturdy cooling racks I've seen are chromed.
I've used my shittier stainless rack right over fire. It's definitely heatproof.

Anyways.

Half size sheet pan.
Stainless cooling rack.

I shop at:
- Hendrix (just north of the Boundary, Lougheed McDonald's)
- Paragon (Hastings close-ish to Chinatown)
- Dunlevy (A couple blocks north of MEC)

As long as the rack is stainless steel its fine and oven safe. The issue with the chromed ones is the heat might cause the chrome to bubble and flake off. Just buy a SS cooling rack that will fit into a current pan and you should be fine.
