There's 2 variations. Bucket, lid, grit and
a) 3 bottles
or
b) 2 bottles + wash mitt

Bought a couple of those CG buckets, but still need a wash mitt. Any suggestions?

I bought a power washer from HD online as well (posted from RFD) Sun Joe SPX3000 for $210 all in shipped. #1 power washer on Amazon.com and .ca sold it for me...Any suggestions for a foam gun for this guy?

Get a big 11-13 HP (The bigger the better, as with anything in life).

3000psi should get everything off extremely well (dirt, grime, brakedust, clearcoat, paint, etc.)

Pro Tip: Make sure you get one of those pulsating heads for washing sidewalks and stuff. That'll take the grime off even the dirtiest of whores.

from What PSI is best for washing?

Quote:
You need to actually understand that psi is not the measure of the actual power of the machine. Most consumer grade pressure washers will have a higher psi rating but the actual cleaning units are pretty low. For example, the pressure washer we use now is rated for 2000 psi, at 5 gallons per minute water flow. The amount of water actualy flowing through the nozzle determines your actual cleaning power. Most consumer machines will have a high psi rating but will pump only a gallon or 2 per minute of water flow. Look at it this way, 2000 psi of water at 2 gallons per minute is almost like strong mist but 2000 psi at 5 gallons per minute will cut your hand if you held it in front of the tip. We actually dial ours down to 1500 psi because 2000 psi is more power than we require and could possibly strip paint if your aren`t careful. Also, we never use anything more than a 40 degree fan tip, anything more agressive is overkill. I hope that helps.

just noticed that when im driving westbound on the highway during late afternoons/close to sunset...i've got these annoying shiny glittery specks on my windshield

Windshield is clear otherwise and is pretty new (car has 8000kms)

never noticed it before but i don't usually drive westbound around that time.
what's the best and easiest way to get rid of this?

You can actually clay bar your windshield. Failing that get 00 steel wool and go over it with that, and then clean as normal.

Plus a grit guard from crappy tire for $6
Maximum Grit Guard Bucket Insert, 5-G | Canadian Tire

But the grit that comes from the Chemical Guy kit is a slightly nicer version that retails for $15 usd alone.
Never knew CT had the grit guard sold separately.
I already have the buckets and the whole range of Meguiar prodcuts, so the only thing I really wanted was the grit guard.

South Surrey location has the buckets without the mitt. Just to the left as you enter. Approx 15+ left on a pallet.

Finally tracked one down at Terminal Location. They were by the cust service counter just outside the entrance. 3 bottle version. Had 10+ today around 1pm. If anyone knows where the 2 bottle + mitt version exists ill happily grab another one for two bucket method.
