[GEN] FS: 1999 Acura Integra GSR

Looking to sell my 1999 Acura Integra GSR in Flamenco Black Pearl. $8000 OBO.
Currently at 184xxx original km on the B18C1 motor and body, but going up cause its my daily.
Not a rebuild.

Well maintained, has been serviced at Acura since new (have a folder of
receipts).
Synthetic oil always used for oil changes every ~5000km
Always filled w/ 94 or 91 Premium.
Engine pulls strong, and tranny shifts smooth.
AC, ABS, PS, CC works.
Absolutely nothing mechanically wrong. Just looking to upgrade.

Recent maintenance:
Oil pan gasket, rear main seal, clutch, flywheel, transmission flush (182xxx km)
Passenger side CV axle (183xxx km)
Radiator, thermostat and fuel filter (172xxx km)
PCV Valve (130xxx km)
Timing belt + water pump (125xxx km)
Spark plugs + distributor cap (111xxx km)

Engine:
Comptech Icebox Intake
DC Sports 4-2-1 Exhaust Headers (installed with test pipe at 175,000km)
Invidia Test Pipe (60mm), o2 sensor bung welded into test pipe, does not throw a CEL - still have the original cat
Apexi Noir Catback (60mm piping)
Stock internals

Suspension & Wheels:
BC Racing Coilovers w/ Extreme Drop kit, 30-Way adjustable - 12k front, 8k rear rates. Brand new, installed a few thousand km ago.
Front shock towers have been cut and extensions welded to prevent UCA from smacking the frame.
Rear Strut tower bar
Skunk2 Pro Series front and rear camber kit
BWR Rear Lower Control Arms (red)

CCW Replica (Avid.1 AV-12) wheels.
16x8 +25 offset all around, wrapped in 205/45/16 Falken Ziex 912's. Still lots of tread left.

Clutch:
Stage 2 Exedy Clutch w/ ACT Streetlite flywheel - installed at 182,000km, basically brand new.

Exterior:
Paint is in great condition, the usual wear and tear for a 15+ year old car. Regularly polished and waxed.
ANZO Halo Projector Headlights w/ 6000K HID low beam - I have the original headlights still
Nokya 2500K (Hyper yellow) DRL
Clear corner lights w/ switchback LED turn signals.
Rear fog light / F1 style 3rd brake lamp
LED reverse Lights
Integra Type R rear spoiler
Integra Type R front lip
- I have OEM Optional replica side skirts + rear valence that could be included as well (unpainted)

Interior:
Interior is in 10/10 condition, stock Integra GSR cloth seats, no rips or tears.
White LED interior lights
Aftermarket deck installed - Pioneer DEH-X6500BT (bluetooth mic installed as well).
Compu-star alarm system w/ auto start function.
No leaks.
