I was once in one, hundreds of tickets, still didnt win sht.
The way I see it, doesn't matter how many tickets you buy, increase in chance of winning, is soooo small, you are better off buying one for yourself and keep all the money

But that feeling if/when your work pool wins and you were the only one who didnt buy into it.
I'd probably just play for the sake of playing in a work pool if everyone else was in it too. But then also buy my own ticket, haha.

I think the winners from a recent LottoMax jackpot were from a work pool - the catch was that it's the first x number of people to sign up. Imagine you wanted to join the pool but someone beat you to it and claimed the last spot. And the people above you all won!
