Eat Vancouver

So eat Vancouver is this weekend at BC Place and I'm wondering if its actually worth it and what should I be keeping an eye out for?

I've been to a few. Mainly there to see new trends in the culinary world. More spices, oils, marinades. Pretty much about it, some kitchen toys and what not. Picked up dressing, crunchy beans, and a knife last time

mm those crunchy beans were the best ones i've had. Too bad he didn't have the large bags at the show.. definatly can get some deals on misc things. I picked up a brisket knife last year for a pretty decent deal
