Bell iPhone 6 compatible with Hong Kong LTE?

I got a Bell iPhone 6 (MG3D2CL/A), first I would like to know if it is factory locked out of the box.
Secondly, whether it is compatible with the LTE in Hong Kong.
Thanks!

1. Yes it's carrier locked if you got it for a subsidized price.
2. Yes it will work as long as the SIM you get supports LTE, AND the phone is carrier unlocked.

Moral of the story: get it unlocked before you travel.

https://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/

I'm going to assume you have the model A1549 which doesn't work with HK's LTE, according to that website

Definitely issues in China

I believe it does work
HK uses 1800mhz band3 LTE

My nexus 6 has both band4 AWS and band3 1800LTE
works for both countries

HK mainly uses band 3, 7, and 8. So yes, it should work if your phone is unlocked

The problem is once you get into China where they have TDD networks, in which the model 1522/1549 isn't compatible with.
