Even the SPCA is more about the money then the actual animals they are trying to help If you are going to donate, donate to the smaller independent shelters that are trying to help for the animals and not as a business.

Regardless I'm using it as an example to make a point of some better options than donating to someone who's parents wouldn't cover is deductible after he spent his tax money on some RAYS.
