A Car Collection going up for Auction

So some guy is selling his collection, supposedly so that he can buy some rarer cars (according to rumours)

some highlights

all original, competed in le mans

original, first in north america, unrestored

all original, restored

Veyron - 764 miles / 308 miles
Enzo - 180 kms
Reventon - 866 miles
MC12 - 768 kms
McLaren - 134 miles

That's a really awesome collection and nicely preserved.
But honestly with that kind of mileage, you might as well take the engine out
and only buy a body shell to showcase in your museum.

The fuck is he trying to buy instead? Obviously there's more rare but i'd say he's already in the top echelon of rare cars... Or maybe it's more he's just looking for a quick and easy way to "change" his collection.

959's ass has not aged very well
but it's fair to say this technical gem is underappreciated when compared to the F40 or even the Countach 25th Anni

Spoiler!

I just hope some of these go to people who will actually drive the damn things. 2 owners and 134 miles on that 2005 SLR is just stupid, when the lot boy at the dealer has driven your car more than you, you've fucked up.

I think there are about 50 MC12 made.

What's missing here is a CLK-GTR... with 26 of them in existence (road-legal spec). Especially the roadster, I think less than 5 were ever produced. They were literally track cars with less aggressive aero kit to meet the legal requirements and of course the ever so important A/C.

The guy that owns ZR Auto has or had one in the same color. Saw it in person and it's now my favourite exotic of all time. I think there are 2 types one for road use and one for track. I believe there is one black track version that is road legal.
