which gym has boxing bag that i can use in vancouver area. i dont want sign up for martial arts gym. just open gym were they got access to boxing bag too

Steve nash on Davie x Howe has one in the studio area of the gym.

The two gyms above have bags but they're not that great. If you're more serious about training I would either go to Richmond Sports and Fitness (right off the knight bridge) in Richmond. Only around 20-25 a month and they have 6 different bags (heavy thai bag, banana bag, and other smaller bags.) They also have two seperate weight areas a ton of hammer strength machines and a basketball court. Definitely one of my favorite gyms at the moment. Oh, and they're also open 24 hours on the weekdays

Do they have a sauna/steamroom?
