3 Games for Marchand. Pretty weak IMO... Repeat offender (low hit on Salo and D.Sedin) Borowiecki is no where near the puck nor did he handle it before the hit.
The NHL is just going to wait till Marchand seriously injures someone before handing down any serious suspension. I guess someone had to carry the torch for stupid reckless hits since Matt Cooke isn't relevant anymore and Torres is still out.
Is anyone going to the game on New Years Day or the Super Skills the following day? I hope section 115 is a decent one because that's where we'll be.
Going to the New years day game vs the Ducks. The only times I get to go to nucks games are during the dark years. The last game I went to, Garth Snow was in net
the canucks forced a game 6 and went back to calgary in the playoffs and lost....
also saw Kate Upton at that game in the box to the left of our seats...

Canucks getting respect from the league? Wasn't that the same game where the Bolts got like 10 fucking powerplays because the refs were throwing a hissyfit and sopping period blood all over the ice?
That wasn't even a dive...looked like it but I'm pretty sure Hansen was trying to step over/step aside the stick check and go for the loose puck to drive it to the net.
But you know, Vancouver. We should be used to it by now. Refs/disciplinary action fair towards the Canucks? Hahahaha

If we had Subban, Forsling, and Hicketts in our system, we would definitely have at least one future PP QB in our system.
Instead we trade Forsling and pass on Hicketts to draft Mackenze Stewart, who was just returned back to junior from the ECHL .... Yes, the ECHL ... After spending most of the past few months as a healthy scratch (he played 4 games for Utica, 6 for Kalamazoo) ... In the ECHL ...

I don't understand why the Canucks insist on Stewart being a forward. At this rate, he'd be lucky to be a 4th line rotation guy when he could've been a regular bottom six or mid pair dman.
It's like they just decided to fuck up a guy's career because they can.

I honestly have no idea. I mean, Stewart wasn't great as a dman, but he had potential to be a tough stay-at-home dman like a Douglas Murray (though I still think that would've been a long shot).
Now, it's looking like he'll be lucky to have a pro career at any level.
