My only surprise was he played Daniel in the shoot out before Boho or McCann.
I sure hope those were his next 2 picks if Vey didn't score.
If it was AV, he would have had Edler go before the kids.

Anyone watching the WJ pre competition games? Watching mostly to see how virtanen is doing. I really hope the kid starts showing some of the potential people projected him to have. I thought he was supposed to have one of the hardest shots in his draft year. Or one of the fastest straight forward skaters. Seems like you rarely/never see this potential shine. Only thing he has going right now is size and he is still young.
Even seems his determination to hit people in the NHL has dropped ever since he got beat up in new Jersey.
Crossing fingers he pans out and is able to secure a second line winger position when fully developed in the nhl.
