condo balcony cleaning

hey guys how do i best clean my balcony besides using a broom and scrubbing with little water...normal dirt and cobwebs.... thks

yes... yes it would lol.

any sort of cleaning of the patio would do that so go downstairs and chat with them to so they get a heads up when its going to happen.

also some stratas have a no cleaning patio (with water) policy so you should look into that as well.

Best time to clean your balcony is when it is raining outside so that you don't have the people below you complaining about getting their stuff wet. Get a better brush and add a bit of vinegar to the water and it will do a good job.

When it rains hard, I go out with a deck brush and some cleaning spray to clean the patio. I use a smaller brush to clean the area around the rails.

I'm cool with the resident that lives below me. My patio does not have any drains along the edges so any water will spill down to his patio, so I make sure I only water my plants at night and if I'm going to do some major cleaning with a hose, I let him know in advance.
