Back on topic, shouldn't be too difficult for police to pinpoint the owner. There are only so many scooter shops in the lowermainland so they should be able to access customer information for whoever purchased this model.

I remember this Chinese guy driving his ugly Toyota minivan who tried to steal my parking spot when I went to that mall for the first time (and last time) a few years ago.
