Dre says this is his last album and I so hope this shit bangs but all of these features scare me but I can't wait till next week!!!
Guns n roses had 20 years and Chinese democracy was shyte!!
This should be different though. Dre still knows what people like. Hopefully it stays true to 90's gangster rap.
I'm excited about the movie though. Lots of great reviews so far from the pre-screenings. Should be dope.
Hopefully Dre will have some hits on the radio as well. Hip Hop is dead, it needs to regain a pulse. Seriously can't remember the last time I heard a rap song in the top 40, but again, I rarely listen to top 40 stations.

Damn. Everything but the extro has a featured artist. Considering who he is and what he's done for any artists, I guess it's not surprising. However, it would have been nice to have at least a couple tracks of just him doing it solo.
You'd think all the songs that are just featuring someone would mean he's in it, but who knows. Watch he's in like one song and just did the beats for the rest lol
Need to listen to it more to fully evaluate it. However, the one major difference for me is that it's not as listenable in a car as his previous albums are. They were the two albums that you would want to pump on a great sound system while cruising around and this album doesn't have that same vibe.
really good album imo. Grows on you, wish the tracks with Snoop and Cube were better. Its not 90s or early 2000s, times change but please give us just one track to please some of the old fans.
My fav are:
12) For the Love of Money (feat. Jill Scott & Jon Connor) - For the Luv of money Bone Thugs sample...anyone notice they also used the guitar part on the instrumental version?
14) Animals (feat. Anderson Paak) - Dre and DJ Premier!!!

i agree, i didn't really get that "vibe" like you would get from his previous albums.
oh well, im more than happy to be stuck in the 90's rap era forever
I feel like this album was a massive disappointment
I agree but it was a soundtrack and I got the feeling Dre was passing the torch to the younger generation. I'm pissed off no dre and snoop banger and where the fuck is DPG...
Some good songs but not what I expected from an album from dre after waiting for 16 years. Just read the reports and it only sold 240k units with out streams so it's prob going to be closer to 300k..
Kinda fucked up when Drake drops an album out of the blue and can hit 500k with out blinking and that was a mix tape
