Contacting Facebook

So, one of the admins of my Facebook page clicked on a malicious link, and our page has been taken over. Trying to contact Facebook on the matter has been nothing short of agonizing. I even found a phone number for them, but all the prompts just give you an email address.

I did get a tip to fill out this form: https://www.facebook.com/help/contac...?refid=18&_ft_

and put in this info:
Name of the Hacked Page:
Date of Creation of the Page:
Hacked Page URL:
How was it Hacked or How Your Page Disappeared : (complete information about how that person hacked your facebook page)
Information and Details of your Page:

I've also emailed their advertising since we spend a lot of money on ads. I've cut the ads. So, maybe they'll respond quicker to get the revenue going again.

Does anyone have any tips, or perhaps knows someone at Facebook that could help me out with this? I would be forever grateful.

^^^
Do I just send them a message on the page? Will they ever respond?

RRxtar 08-06-2015 03:42 PM

^^^ add them as a friend and like some of their photos. if you have mutual friends and a good profile pic, they might fb msg you back and maybe you guys might go for coffee.

good luck OP!

Throwback to when it became his user title.

This issue has been resolved.

FYI, it looks like the route that saved us was going through the legal dept. I went through their process of filing a copyright claim on our content. Their legal team actually forwarded to the right dept because I received an email this morning from them that the page is restored!

It's a good wakeup call to make sure all your IP is locked down and secure from damn dirty thieves.
