Nothing has been confirmed yet in terms of her (it) being charged.
+ I very much doubt she will get jail time even if charged with misdemeanour manslaughter, she is rich.

Actually that's a good question. We all know [s]he won't go to prison. But in a perfect world where it would be locked up for murder, which jail would it be?
If you identify as female but have all your bits, still male prison? What if you're post-op and truly are a woman*, would you still be sent to a male prison?

The amount of disdain for transgenders on this thread is appalling. Regardless of what she did, she identifies as a woman and should be referred to as she. To say that she went through sex reassignment surgery to get away with being sent to a male prison is ridiculous.
