My work internet is Telus and I swear dialup was more reliable back in the 90's. If it was any slower it would be going in reverse. They could have a shitty plan or the location might be an issue but it's bad.

Not slowdown, but cut out issues where both wi-fi and wired connections drop out and come back online in less than five minutes like the router was reset. Seven phone calls, a router change, three technicians later, and it's still doing it. Beyond pissed off at this point.

Just upgraded to Telus 50 getting about 55 mbps. To be honest it does not feel any faster. Videos just load a tad bit quicker.

What a big difference is my upload speed. I do a lot of website uploads and its making it a hell of a lot faster.

Just to confirm wired connection dropping out so that means DSL and internet light disconnect and then flash back and connect. If three technicians cannot fix it request a rushman.

If you keep getting contractors well thats another story as to why it isnt fixed

Correct. If I am in fact getting contractors, then I need to go verbally murder someone.
