Help! (sd card recovery?)

sorry for making a new thread but im feeling

i was moving some pics from my camera to pc of my trip (not all of them since my tablet space is limited)

when i put my sd card back i was getting an error message that i ignored (something about the file structure) and i continued to use the camera

but then after waking up the message popped up again i accidentally clicked to fix the issue instead of cancel and when i did that another message popped up saying "formatting sd card"

i quickly shut the camera switch off and pulled the card out but it was too late

Is there anyway to recover the contents? even a special service from say a security company?

I lost all my photos from the Formula 1 race

all I've got is what I imported into Lightroom, but I didn't import any from the race -_- i was saving that for when i got home and could use my desktop -_-

Try this: https://www.piriform.com/recuva

I've used to it to recover deleted and formatted hard drives and memory cards.

I've used testdisk to recover stuff before. But be prepared. It takes a long ass time.

I've used RescuePro on a formatted SD Card before too. I'm sure I've got a few serial numbers from when you buy Sandisk memory devices if you want to give the recovery a try.

recuva worked when I deleted my trip photos off a hard drive
as long as you dont put new data on it, you can recover pretty much most of it
not sure if it works the same way for flash memory

I think London Drugs does SD card recovery, it's not an immediate fix but if you don't get it figured out before you're back you could try that.

My mom took an SD card there that was corrupted. IIRC it was $20 to begin and then $20 per hour after so many hours, they told her if it wasn't going to work they would stop after 1 hour.
