Thinking of hitting up Harrison in November

So for our anni coming up i wanted to head out for a few days with the gf and enjoy some relaxing time. We have been going to mexico the last 2 years for a week or two but this year the budget isnt as high. We have never been to Harrison, so i was thinking of heading up there mid november for a few nights. You guys have any recommendations on places to perhaps stay ? Was looking at the main hotel, room can be had for about 700$ for 3 nights which seems okay. But wondering if those of you who have been up there, if you have any place you liked more and why ? Thanks!

Did a similar trip with the Gf in the summer and honestly there is not much to do in Harrison at all. For close to the same price I would recommend a couple days in Whistler instead.

stayed at the main hotel as well this summer. booked a spa package for me and gf. it was pretty relaxing.
stayed for a night and left. rest of the time was just chilling at the beach with some friends.

There is next to nothing to do up there. I live 10 min away from there and frankly there is nothing to do but walk around....walk down the the hot springs which takes 10min.

Whistler would probably provide more activities and things to get out and do.....unless you just want to spend time in the hotel room....in which case the Harrison hotel is nice :P

Was thinking of a small getaway in November as well, but Whistler's pretty dead this time of the year. The Village will be miles better than what Harrison has to offer, but nothing's going on until the end of the month.
