Don't care if they're steel rims or something else as I just need 'em for winter. So long as they're straight, it doesn't matter what condition they're in. I'll be in Richmond until Tuesday night, so hit me up if you have anything. The cheaper the better. As mentioned, they're gonna be winter rims and will likely be thrashed this year.
