Very good advice. I picked a general size of dog a wanted and went from there and just saw who I interacted with best at the shelter.

Friend of mine (Close friend) bought the puppy. Both him and GF work full time jobs, does not feel justified leaving the puppy alone for long hours.

Not fair to owner or puppy.
