cutting I was reading lots of articles about losing fat while preserving muscle and I came across an article/ idea that is unproven. just wondering what your thoughts are? Apparently cardio makes you lose muscle mass because of catabolism. BUT if you do a combination of HIIT aerobic, HIIT weight training with consistent macros apparent to your body weight goals, you will lose more stored fat and retain more muscle when cutting.. any thoughts? |
ive heard an hour of weight lifting is better than an hour of cardio but ymmv, depending on the breaks between your sets |
