When you say ruined...what did it do?

Pics?

How did you use it?

Instructions from autoglym:
1. Mask off bodywork area and dampen convertible top with water.

2. Shake Soft Top Cleaner well before use and spray over entire convertible top surface.

3. Agitate with sponge provided and thoroughly rinse using a low pressure hose or watering can ensuring all product is removed. Pat surface dry to remove surplus water.

4. Spray Soft Top Protector over the entire convertible top surface and remove any overspray from windows and bodywork immediately.

5. Allow Soft Top Protector to fully dry before driving. Store product at room temperature and do not allow to freeze.

Before use, please refer to the full instructions detailed on the bottles.

Why is it that people on the internet who have the worst grammar and explanation skills, are always fascinated with litigation?

A lot of these protectant/sealants can only be removed when wet. Hence "remove any overspray from windows and bodywork immediately"

Once you let it dry it hardens and will be very hard to remove.

Try spraying some more product onto a cloth, wipe it onto overspray and buff off immediately.

Try claying it off, if not then try using a med cut compound like ultimate compound to get rid of the overspray.

You do not need a space before a comma or question mark, only after. Your sentence is also run-on and missing conjugation; I would advise you to change them into separate sentences. When referring to yourself, capitalize your "I".

It can be fixed, clay or cut polish or both.
Razor blade to remove from glass.

Next time it may be worth reading and following the instructions carefully tho.
