Spot Prawn 2016

How much is spot prawn nowadays? I saw some at T&T for $30/lb and was just wondering if there are any others at different prices?

Seems like spot prawn season is just a phrase to create hype and give them a reason to jack prices up.

FYI, they were just $23/lb two weeks ago at T&T.

Crap, bumped an old spot prawn thread before I saw this. Looking to pick some up for mothers day. Haven't seen any at T&T yet, anyone have any other suggestions where to get them? Edit : Granville Island Wharf doesn't open spot prawn sales until may 12
