Very fun car to drive, especially with manual transmission. There is no mistake that Toyota's are reliable, comfortable, and smooth drives. The Solara is basically the 2-door coupe of the Toyota Camry. It has the notorious soft, comfortable suspension of Toyota.

The 3.0L V6 has plenty of power for the sporty driver and torque for superb acceleration. On the other hand, it is also an excellent cruiser for the peaceful and comfort driver with its smooth, quiet but powerful engine.

Fuel economy is surprisingly excellent for its year, especially for a 6 cylinder engine. I still get about 300 kms for half a tank of gas. That is about 600 kms per full tank, which is really amazing. On top of that, it takes only 87 octane regular gas.
