Not sure on the point of this thread as there is an unbias witness (dash cam). They can fight it all day long on whose right or wrong but the law is pretty black and white on this.

This also wouldn't have been the first account of a witness providing shitty/inaccurate observations.

Theres a big difference between green arrows and green circles though so Im suspicious.
But without the dash cam the male driver would probably be found guilty because the witnesses lied about her having a right of way with a green arrow on her side.

i ordered a dash cam after seeing this video.
I was putting it off for awhile, but at $80, it seems like a no brainer.

Witness testimony is historically unreliable in almost all cases from murders to break and enters etc.

I was recently involved in an accident and without a dashcam, I may have been likely screwed since the other guy backed into me. I haven't really needed any video evidence for the 5 years I've been using a dashcam but it saved me a 1K deductible and my insurance premiums going up. This is another example why it's a good idea to have a dashcam.

There are, but from my research the G1W-C is the dash cam of choice. For quality to price ratio, it seems like it is the best out there.
